This model is structured in three essential dimensions: (1) to strategically recruit and hire the best people in the organization by determining the opportunities they will have belonging to the company and the quality of life at their workplace. (2) To develop specific practices and procedures to contribute to the development of people to maintain the competitiveness of their own human capital.
