Resumen

The forensic investigation of sexual assaults under chemical submission requires the identification of the chemical substances involved in the organism of the victim. In this investigation, we developed an analytical method for the screening of 104 compounds related to this type of crime in blood samples. We tested several procedures for sample purification, such as solid phase extraction, liquid-liquid extraction and protein precipitation. The analysis were carried out at three levels of concentration using HPlC-MS/MS. We used the double Q-TrAP functionality of the third quadrupole as an ion trap. At high and intermediate concentrations, the three techniques of sample preparation provided similar detection results. However, at the lowest concentration tested, protein precipitation detected a greater number of compounds.
