Resumen

Aquest article planteja una reflexió sobre la manera com els últims avenços tecnològics poden afectar el fet de traduir i analitza quin lloc ocupa el factor humà enfront de la màquina que tradueix. Rere un breu recorregut pels darrers vint anys d’història de la tecnologia de la traducció com a disciplina d’estudi, l’article recull les idees principals de la taula rodona #tradumatica20_perspectives, celebrada amb motiu del vintè aniversari de la Revista Tradumàtica, i les contextualitza des d’un punt de vista teòric.
