The author of this article describes the critical developments within the new social and cultural conditions which cybernetics and telematic innovations are producing in contemporary world. The rise of new possibilities of expression of subjectivity encourages the author to demand the co-operation of these new socialisation and embodiment forms just discovered in computer, cyberspace and nets. The art suffers a process of decomposition in this end of century, which is parallel with the process of evolution of cybernetics, but totally independent, the author says, which makes impossible neither to know its sense nor its destiny, and this constitutes a brand new situation, so new as it would be the fact that the wish of a change of direction of human society could take form in the attempts of intercommunication and enlarging of human senses which the new technologies allow.
