Abstract

The environments evolution in developing in Cyberculture and others that deployed at discussis opening new fields for the study and development at the communication area. Systems and 3Denvironments have changed substantially linear structures of interaction in traditional media, establishing frameworks more active and constant in the exchange of roles and the reconfiguration at acommunication processes between agents. In this context, the virtual emergence environments based on3D worlds encourage a complex communication systems development and immersive and interactivetraining. In particular, specialized training, at the medical field its one of this application has beingdeveloped with greater intensity. The possibility of generating high-probability situations is facilitate thelearning process, especially in those areas in which the transfer and acquisition of competence is morecomplex by traditional systems of teaching and learning online. In the framework at I + D + i (AVANZAand INNPACTO) the CIBERIMAGINARIO Group (Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and Universidad deCastilla La Mancha) are researching about the basic parameters that need to be considered whenbuilding immersive environments for training primary care physicians. The first part at researched showsespecially those relating at the implementation of alternative control devices and at systems formultimodal interface for interaction with immersive environments
