Resumen
The instability, precariousness and pending issues in which subsidized education has been developed in Spain for four decades raises the proposal that the author sets out in this article with a view to favoring equity: that of developing a type of “preferential agreement” for those subsidized centers that host a significant percentage of students from a low sociocultural context or with learning difficulties.
