Resumen

For the first time in the European Work Plan for Culture, a group of National Experts are investigating the skills, training and knowledge transfer in the heritage professions in Europe, under the Open Method of Coordination (OMC). Traditional professions and skills at risk, the digital shift, the development of new professions and need for new competences, in both intangible and tangible heritage (mobile and built), have been the main subjects examined by the group during 2017. A final report and recommendations will be presented at the end of the 2018 European Year of Cultural Heritage.
