Resumen

Purpose: Our study investigates the relationship between employees’ perceptions of HumanResources (HR) practices and their level of organizational commitment within the Spanish hospitalityindustry, examining changes that occurred during the pre-crisis and crisis periods. We include a novelperspective by adding variables about gender bias in measuring organizational commitment.
