This work is based on research that explores artistic practices and procedures in contexts of vulnerability and exclusion, to activate citizen participation and improve community health. As part of these community reactivation processes, we address the museum field, with the aim of improving interaction, horizontality and the sense of belonging to the group, in the work against exclusion. We have generated a learning community, made up of homeless and homeless people who design different mediation strategies and dynamics that allow collective inquiry in the museum, through the exchange of views, voices and experiences. A method of interpretation and debate of a series of works selected in different art exhibitions has been used, to subsequently develop a comparative analysis based on questionnaires carried out before and after each mediation. For homeless people, who lack rights and voice, these practices are a form of agency that allows overcoming isolation, lack of communication and stereotypes, favoring their participation in cultural life and blurring the boundaries between the community and the marginal.
