Resumen

Digital communication has revolutionized the relationship established between organizations and their publics. In the case of museums it has opened the possibility to bring the heritage to persons not physically visit the institution. Smaller museums has also challenged to communicate their identity and offer a very competitive environment. This article analyzes the digital campaign # 5Museos have conducted museums, Lazarus Galdiado, Cerralbo, Romantic, Sorolla and Decorative Arts, which aims to provide a different cultural offer of Madrid through the five museums.
