Abstract

EVALOE-SSD is a digital tool to promoting teacher reflection, to improve their practice, and to contribute to the development of the oral competence of their students. The aim is to analyze the valuation made by teachers of the training process with EVALOE-SSD, and their collaborative reflection to improve their practice in the classroom and oral competence of the students. Six teachers of different subjects of Compulsory Secondary Education and their respective groups of students participated. The teachers used the EVALOE-SSD as a digital tool for individual reflection for 6 months, meet virtually to reflect on their teaching practice, and participated in a focus group. The results show progress in terms of teaching skills and oral competence of the students. They also highlight a positive valuation of their participation in the training process and of the reflective meetings that have contributed to the development of the oral language of their students.
