Abstract

Resource description. This resource is addressed to facilitators, art mediators, social workers and social educators working with young people, but it can be used by anyone who wants to generate debate and raise questions related to gender, art and power relations. Questions such as Who has the power to look? Who looks and who is looked at? Who is the object of contemplation? Who is represented in museums and from what point of view? Who are the creators? How to make an artivist campaign on equality? What is a femzine? are part of this resource and lead us to rethink not only the canon of art history and museums, but also our own gaze and the images we unconsciously produce, while at the same time using art as a means of knowledge and expression.
