Entrenamiento ejecutivo en población infantil con trastorno por déficit de atención e hiperactividad (TDAH)una revisión sistemática

Resumen

El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática fue examinar los estudios de ensayo clínico aleatorizado (ECA) que valoran las intervenciones no farmacológicas para la mejora de las funciones ejecutivas en población infantil con trastorno por déficit de atención/hiperactividad (TDAH) sin comorbilidad. Se realizó una búsqueda sistemática de la literatura a través de PubMed, ERIC, Web of Science, Dialnet, PyscINFO y Cochrane. Se localizaron 948 trabajos y en la revisión se incluyeron un total de 15 estudios publicados. Se examinaron todos los programas de entrenamiento ejecutivo para esta población y se encontraron que las intervenciones más efectivas estaban basadas en programas de entrenamiento cognitivo. Se encontraron también intervenciones basadas en ejercicio físico y en neurofeedback. Estos programas no sólo pueden mejorar componentes ejecutivos sino otras variables relacionadas con el funcionamiento diario.
