PhD in Audiovisual Communication, Advertising and Public Relations from the Complutense University in Madrid. Master's Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication and Social Networks and Master's Degree in Political and Business Communication from the UCJC. Diploma in the area of Public Relations Management and Institutional Protocol, by the Universities José Antonio Páez and Universidad de Oriente in Venezuela. Master in Organizational Communication from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela and Bachelor in Social Communication from Universidad de Los Andes, Venezuela with Cumlaude Honorable Mention, with degree approved by the Ministry of Education of Spain. Specialist in political communication, digital marketing, customer positioning (SEO), digital advertising (SEM), social networks and content optimization. She is a member of the Innovation and Media Communication Research Group (Innomedia) at Nebrija University and is a member of the Research Institute for Feminist Research (Instifem) at the Complutense University of Madrid. Her research focuses on communication, marketing, television fiction, social networks, advertising, journalism and branding. In her previous work as a professional she has been an editor in the media, producer and presenter of television programs; she has been coordinator of the Press Office of the Voluntad Popular Party and of the Venezuelan politician Leopoldo López; Head and assistant of the press office at the Police Institutes in the districts of Chacao and Baruta in Venezuela; assistant to the ambassador and of the Press and Culture section at the European Union office in Venezuela.
