Doctor of Social Work. Master's degree in Community Social Work, Management and Evaluation of Social Services. Graduate in Social Work from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and Diploma in Social Work from the Pablo de Olavide University (UPO). Regarding her research activity, she has published articles and book chapters with renowned publishers. Her research focuses on the study of social and educational intervention in university and pre-university education from a Social Work perspective, universal accessibility and design for all, job placement, supported social and employment integration, entrepreneurship, cultural diversity and inclusive social sustainability, and volunteering. During this period, she has participated in competitive projects, served as a researcher on the RISEWISE project, which focuses on women with disabilities in several EU countries, coordinated research with universities in South Africa, Mexico, and Spain (endorsed by the IASSW), conducted research on Life Histories as a learning tool in Social Work (with over 84,000 downloads on Docta UCM), and worked on the employment of students with disabilities through the UCM Student Observatory, among other projects. Currently, she is part of the research team on inclusive and sustainable environments for people with intellectual disabilities and is also a member of the research team on housing, social integration, and vulnerability in Spanish cities. She belongs to the ADRSXXI research group, which focuses on cooperative systems for conflict management, mediation, negotiation, and a culture of peace in 21st-century society. She has also conducted research abroad in Argentina, Colombia, Italy, and Portugal.
