Omega 3 long chain fatty acids (?3-LCFA) present several beneficial properties f or health, those including the capacity to reduce the harm produced by saturated fat or cholesterol derivates; therefore the interest to promote rising quantities in bovine skeletal muscle with the aim to obtain more healthy and nutritive meat.
